Wordpress template to website for author

Hi there! I'm a freelancer myself (a pharmaceutical copywriter, as it happens), but in my "other life," I'm an author. I have 4 books on Amazon to date, plus I do lifestyle essays periodically, etc. I'm working on a new book now, and getting ready to put out an eBook on Kindle. My current website ([login to view URL]) is based on a Wordpress template, and it desperately needs a refresh. My needs have changed, I have more books to market, additional sub-blogs, etc. I may want to add Paypal functionality - I definitely want to add social media links (to Facebook and Twitter at the very least). I have all the images - a professional author photo (from the photo shoot for the back cover of my most recent book), jpgs of all my book covers, etc. I also, of course, have all the content and can provide all the links. I'll probably be buying a premium Wordpress theme this time around, and my site is hosted by a friend of my husband (he heads up IT for his family's company and does this as a favor). I can pay around $250 tops for this project. No hard deadline, but I'd like to get it done fairly soon - maybe to coincide with the release of my eBook title. Help? Thanks, Katy P.S. A digital designer friend of mine (since I'm in advertising, I know a lot of folks, which is great!) suggested [login to view URL] - I like some of their templates, but all of their packages seem to include customization by an outfit called "Template Tuning," which has tons of negative feedback. That's actually what led me here - one of the strings of feedback mentioned ScriptLance, and as a freelancer myself, I figured it made perfect sense!
