Build Listing Database with uploaded data and social media APIs (reviews)

Price is negotiable based on scope of work defined below. Will request previous database websites created Will request sample designs created I will provide rough templates of what I am looking for (mocked up in powerpoint) I am requesting support in building a database based website. The database record is uploaded by the owner (me), while supplemental data can be added later by the owner or by site visitors once logging in via facebook. A page would be generated for each record within the database. Page should be optimized for Google Search. Key requirements: 1) Secure 2) Design must be included – simple, minimalist design. I will provide the rough idea / colors, you should be able to make it pretty. 3) Works on mobile devices fairly cleanly 4) Support for adwords/ advertising placement on site Database Info: The DB is a listing of a certain business type. Initial data is to be uploaded via excel by me via an 'admin area'. It includes Name, Address (address, county, state, zip), Phone. Later, either the admin OR users can SUBMIT a COST information for that business for a webpage. Cost info is below. I want to be able to show the ratings of FB/ YELP/ and GOOGLE via an API, if possible. I want to be able to show the REVIEWS of FB/ YELP/ GOOGLE via an API, if possible -Admin (and users?) would have to connect the FB/ YELP/ GOOGLE data to the business record Pages: Homepage with search function – minimal criteria shown Search Page – specific criteria (expanded) Results page – list of results - Contains Name, Address, Phone, Cost Range (high to low), and Google/ Yelp/ FB Ratings list. ---On the far right the page HAS GOOGLE MAPS API for zipcode/ county returned with listing of business based on the address provided on that page Business Pages – specific page for each record uploaded that aggregates all the DB info. Business Pages data includes: DB Info includes initial data uploaded (Name, address, phone), Google/yelp/ FB ratings (and reviews if possible), Google basic data (hours, website, etc) – if possible Cost Data (provided from users) Each business page has a link that says “Report Error” with a form that sends a note to admin team with a description of the data inaccuracy. Cost record looks like table attached LOGIC: If cost record is provided / edited by an admin user – the data is final and can’t be touched If the cost data is user submitted, data shows averages where there is overlap. If cost data is submitted for a record that was updated by an admin previously, it goes nito an approval area where it must be approved by an admin. If the above code can also be applied for social media links, I would prefer that as well. Users: Users should be able to ‘create a user’ and ‘log in’ via facebook API in order to submit the cost information by selecting a specific business record and then adding one or more of the cost table provided.
