First, we need to secure a domain name. Then we need to design and build a beautiful, modern landing page. Second, I want to include search functionality on the landing page as a teaser (there is a database). I have wireframes. I already have a big data set that I'd like to incorporate into search results, and we will have to update the database, because the data ends in 2015. Some of the dataset is dirty and needs to be scrubbed, first. I also have a data science database. Choice of stack and visualization suites (D3, Tableau) is negotiable. Preferably the back end is Python or Java. Front end is React or Vue. The webapp must be interactive and the search results must be very fast.
