Build me a website

we are a start up compnay in the pharmaceutical sector , we work in 2 fields , Training and Recruitment ( learning&development, consulting) for pharmaceutical companies . we train and Recruit pharmacy graduates here in Saudi arabia to be able to find work in the competitive market place. Here is a reference site we like; [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] what do we need : Dynamic , interactive , very well designed website. website will be one or 3 pages according to the idea of the design . website design will be focused on the mobile users. as 95 % of the website users will be through smart phones. website visitors will have the ability to creat a profile and upload thier CV. and then have access to thier profile and the report generated from our company about thier profile and rating . Applications to be build as responsive UI on html5 and bootstrap 4 Applications pages to be dynamic not static We will be able to manage all the content available on each page ( text , images, videos, ect..) Responsive means it can fit any screen resolution More Details for the needs : u will create a website for you which will be responsive. - Website admin panel will be in the Wordpress CMS - After the website completed u will create the videos for you in which u will explain how to manage the website from the wordpress admin panel If i didnt understand with the video u will create the doc file to you as well explaining how to manage the website from the admin panel. - Now regarding the functionality When any user comes to the website he will see 2 menus "Are you a candidate" "Are you a pharmaceutical company" - So based on his seclection website will get display - Only the service page will get varied for both - Other pages will be same for both Home, About Us, Vision, How we think, Team Experience,Contact Us - Now for the services part for the "Are you a student" There will be the 5 different services as on the PPT - slide no 7 , and 8 And you can reduce or add more from the backend Each service will be having the heading and bullet points, There will not be any inner page on the bullet points - There will be service page for the "Are you a pharmaceutical company" In the PPT it is the slide no 9 But u will give me the facility in the wordpress admin panel where ican add the services and in services you can add the title and there bullet points to each service and there will not be any inner page on the each bullet points - On the website there will only be 1 type of registration That is for the "I am a student" So when i clicked on the Sign Up There will be the fields as Name Email ID Phone Number Upload CV - PDF format Upload Scrore Result -- Image format i can have the scrore from here (Click here) - it will be the external link not on our website which clicked it will open in a new tab and they will get the result they will save that as an image and upload it while registering on the website. - Now when they are logged in to there account they will be able to see the PDF and the image they have uploaded - If they wanted to change the CV or the image of the result (They can change it) In the database it will get replaced with the new one. And then if the admin(Website Owner) wanted to see in the wordpress admin panel each user PDF and the Scrore result image Then he will logging to the wordpress admin panel. and then he will click on the User tab and he will see all the list of the users so he can click on the any user and he will see all the details of the user Timeframe- 2 weeks
