We are looking at hiring a competent Wordpress developer to build our website with a clean and simple back end that allows us to make changes to the site (images and contents) easily. We will provide the Hi Res PSD files for the site. The site consists of 14-17 pages The site is an information site. Freelancer will provide recommendation on how elements might be presented (animation, ...etc) on the site, and how to engage visitors. Freelancer will ensure that the site is MOBILE FRIENDLY.
