I am from India and looking forward for someone who can design an user generated video streaming site for me. I want a website where users shall upload videos from their pc and not embed other video tube links from e.g. youtube or dailymotion. Visitors shall rate videos on a scale of 1 to 10. When the website is started, a flash page shall come up where you need to provide me space for adding Picture & Text. On clicking Enter button on the flash page, it will be directed to first page. I have made some sketch of the site format which is attached. Please go through it.
