Evaluation Report Graphic Design

We are seeking a graphic designer for the layout of an end of project evaluation report for a non-governmental organisation program in the Philippines. The evaluation comments on the effectiveness of an aid project to provide housing, water, sanitation, and other services to low income families. The report will be approximately 45 pages of text, with the possibility of some appendix material, which will be provided to the Freelancer. The graphic designer should have experience laying out reports to effectively communicate concepts. The work will involve design of an engaging cover and possibly a small number of simple graphics (2-3) in the report. Images will of the project will be provided to the hired Freelancer. A draft of the report text will be provided to the Freelancer by July 10. A concept design will be due by July 17 with a final deadline of a fully formatted report by July 24.
