Graphic design for a Garbage box

Hi i'm inquiring if you would be able to design a Garbage bag box for my company Tang Global, I am looking for the box to be created with a bright and welcoming feel to it, preferably Green colors with a Black wording but not limited to just that. The box sizes are Tall, Regular, and Large the box dimensions are 20.3 x 8.7 x 8.7 cm for the Tall one this Box will contain 30 Bags in it and the Bags are 45 L, next is The Regular Box with dimensions of 21.6 x 10.2 x 16.5 cm with the bags at 74 L and containing 40 bags, and the last one is Large with a dimension of 21.6 x 10.2 x 16.5 cm holding 30 Bags which are 90 L. The Box must include My company Logo, bag dimensions which are printed in the bottom center of the box the the bag dimensions are, Tall: 60 x 70 cm | 24 x 28 in, Regular: 65 x 83 cm | 26 x 33 in and lastly Large: 76 x 83 cm | 30 x 33 in. Bag color which is: Black, Bag sizes for the designated box: Tall, Regular and Large. The Amount of liters for a Bag which are: 45 L for Tall, 74 L for regular and 90 L for large. Also One side in English then the back/other side in French. My budget is near 250$ CAD, also include the bar-codes to the proper boxes and place them on the bottom of the box preferable but you could do on of the sides as well. the Bags are also going to be Bio- degradable so i would like that to be put on the Box as well, Please let me know if you are up to the task thank you very much for your time.
