Great Designer for Newsletter Layout

We currently have several newsletters and reports under development and I am looking for a designer to work with LONGTERM. Your first project will be doing the layout for one report and one newsletter. You will receive the report and newsletter as a plain text document (odf or docx). The text files contain all the text, links to the images to be used as well as links to the videos to be embedded. The final product will be a PDF file. The newsletter contains youtube and vimeo videos. I want you to embed those so that they are playable from within the PDF file. Here is an overview of what needs to be done: - Design a beautiful cover for the report - Design the layout of the report content (approximately 12-15 pages) - Design a beautiful cover for the newsletter - Design the layout of the newsletter content (approcimately 30-35 pages) This is a simple and very easy project for someone who knows what they are doing and just the first one to see how well we can work together. Please bid accordingly. (After this project I would like you to work with on on more reports and the newsletter which appears monthly) I'm looking for someone: - with a 4-5 star rating - who can do modern design with beautiful aestethics - who takes PRIDE in their work and delivers a solid end-user experience!
