UK Interactive MAP

I need a change to my current website. I need an Interactive UK Map page. This must be coded using HTML with a MS SQL backend database and it must run on my web host server, which is MS Windows (NOT LINUX). I already have a database setup, but this can be scrapped if you prefer to create a new one, or I can send you a copy of my backup file. MS SQL Database (NOT MySQL) It needs to hold following: * User Login Details * Information about Courses (see below - including link to external website) * If you have visited the Course (this is interactive, user can change setting and it needs to update map page, user needs to be lo0gged in for changes to show) This is current site: [login to view URL] MAP Page: Each location on map should be shown with a picture that is RED, but when a user logins in, they can click this image and it will allow them to edit the options, to say they have visited the course, once saved, this will then change the image colour to GREEN. This is where all user interaction takes place, needs to show a MAP of UK. Needs to show list of venues showing a red light, that has the ability to change to green light with user interaction. When link is clicked open us an information box showing: Name: Website: Fixtures: Google maps: Link to facebook to create an event: I need to be able to amend this in future if extra venues need to be added or removed. Please provide instructions. Issues we have seen trying to do this already: If you use a static picture for MAP page, you can then make it interactive. The page needs to be viewed by all different browsers and different screen resolutions, Windows, android, IOs etc. When we have done this previously all the points on the map dissapear off the map. Yuo may have to have an adjusting screen for users to amend themselves depending on what browser they are using, perhaps something like this. But we look forward to your feedback and ideas.
