I am a licensed Electronics Engineer who are looking for a part time job. I currently work as Support Engineer who provides client troubleshooting support via call, chat, and email. I also had an experience as a Project Engineer in Mitsubishi Electric and I have gained a lot of experience in facing clients.
With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:
Service Desk: Worked for a year providing client support in computer troubleshooting, creating tickets, and escalating issues to its appropriated team based on priority level.
Test Engineer: Provided client support thru voice, email, and chat. Ensuring 100% of test accuracy in Wireless Mobile Technology.
Project Engineer: Handled big and small Elevator Installation projects. Attended meeting and seminars facing big clients; resolving site issues; created billing and responsible for monthly billing collection; managed tools and materials needed on each project; handled 80 manpower in total; responsible in meeting deadlines well ahead of time.
