I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. I need an application created. This application will be used to facilitate a Club "Joker Poker" draw once per week. In simple terms, Joker Poker has 52 playing cards PLUS a joker are shuffled and pinned face down on a board, like a cork board.  Each night/week a raffle is held where club members pay for the right to select a single card. The objective is to select the joker from the playing cards that are pinned faced down. Part of the excitement and fun of Joker Poker is that after each unsuccessful card selection the prize jackpots .  For example the prize may be $50 in the first week and jackpot by $50 each week until the joker is selected.  Imagine how much excitement would be generated if the joker hadn’t been found after 15 weeks and the prize had grown to $800! After each turn, the card that has been flipped will remain pinned "face up" until the Joker Card is flipped. 1. The pool of players names will need to be visible on the application along with their entry fee. For example a page of the app will have a list of the players names or nicknames with a "$xx entry fee paid" beside their name. This page should be able to handle up to 50 players. 2. An entry fee of $10, $20 or $50 will be required to enter the Joker Poker. 3. The main page should have a display of the jackpot amount at the top which automatically updates when an unsuccessful card is flipped. 4. This amount should be set manually (to start with); then set to jackpot incrementally after each card flip (via an adjustable percentage). 5. If the joker card is flipped, a WINNER banner is displayed at the top with the jackpot amount. 6. Up to 2 administrators ONLY will be allowed to access the settings of the application. 7. Once a card is flipped, that card remains face up and no further card flips are permitted within 12 hours (unless manually overridden by an administrator) 8. The application name will be Joker Poker and the page will be able to be customised to allow the displayed cards to have Club/Organisation logos on them. 9. Tracking should be present for each completed game to show when the application was accessed, when each card was flipped etc. Basically, some way to show the electronic cards, their positions etc had not been tampered with.
