Need a Graphic Designer

We need a full service website front end/back end/payment portal/vendor back end control etc Have a site in my mind we would like to mimic (not straight up copy). Will be breaking the job up into parts as we need the site looks excellent and most importantly an ongoing maintenance contract and future upgrades etc. Looking for a talented person/persons/company to take the project and hit milestones in a timely manner.
