Have a small mechanical workshop and need some basic forms designed Can be in Google Sheets or Excel format, but I just need them to be easily filled out with basic details by workshop staff Thinks like a service checklist which is filled out with customer/vehicle details at the top, then a basic tick off list with commonly checked service components, with a notes section at the bottom Will be seen by the customer so needs to be branded and presentable As well as this also need a quote sheet, drop off sheet, repair job sheet, and maybe a few others Sample of some of the things I use currently attached Would love the final form to be a sheet with blank boxes that can be typed, but the actual sheet not edited, like a .pdf where the sections can be filled out... if that makes sense Hoping someone can help :) Have also included 2x brands/logos- looking for a version of each with the 2x different brandings

Hello there. I'm a native English speaker living in the UK, working in research. I know exactly what you mean, having created some forms for self-completion by respondents. In that case I provided an Excel sheet with blank boxes, but some cells were populated with formulae which I didn't want changed or erased, so those fields were protected.
