The front end will be responsive ( mobile and tablets compatible) so that you will not need any apps. Since you have mentioned energy sector, I assume you will be only dealing with gas and electric. What you haven't mentioned is API ( third party integration like conecting to British gas Eon and others. Is this part of the job or will that be extra? if the integration is simple we will do it free but if it is complicated then we will charge a bit extra , any third party fees will be provided by you.
