rig and posing in max, we provide the models

We have some models we want to rig and pose in max, some of the models are from poser (not lowpoly models). Bider must have experience rigging (cs or cat, we prefer cat) and skinning. Also it's recomended you have poser installed please show me rigged examples that you have made. preferably rigged characters, stilled or animated. This is the first proejct of many 3D rigging/animation projects so its preferred you are seeking for a long term relationship. However, its not needed since we are in a hurry. best,
