Simple Project Management

Need developer that can work with an open source or quick site builder that we can host on our own servers. There's only a few requirements. I'll provide images for site based on your specs. Home page should be attractive with image slider. Link to register. Registration should be simple - Name, email, company, password, type of user dropdown(i'll supply those later). Once registered, as the admin we should be able to classify them as a user, project admin or full admin. Once users are active, they should be able to do the following: Project Admin should be able to create projects. That is just a name and description. Once created, they should be able to add users by username (search if possible). Users should be able to log into the projects they're approved for (project admin should select users that have access to this project) and upload their pictures and videos. They should be able to also view the videos on the site that have been uploaded already or be able to download the videos and pictures. They should not be able to delete any pictures or videos. They can just mark them inactive so they don't show up on the project unless the select Show Disabled. Admin has access to all projects. That's it. It's really just a respository for pictures and videos for now. We can expand later. All user data should be stored in MySql. Videos should be stored on file system in folders for each project.
