Web Developer/Designer for a Healthcare Company

We seek an experienced, creative and technically sophisticated digital designer who is fast, detail oriented and able to solve problems on-the-fly. This includes working with a variety of tools and processes to build solid sites, landing pages and online advertising units, including creating the required knowledge for integrating digital components. The Designer must be a relentless self-learner who keeps abreast of ongoing developments in digital tools, technologies, contemporary design, online marketing and Web site development. REQUIREMENTS -A solid background in design and website programming is required -Minimum 2 years hands-on Web design and development experience, including online marketing, advertising and/or promotions -Must have strong graphic design skills with a good eye for typography, layout and color -Strong interface design (Wireframes, UX/UI) and development skills for interactive media -Sophisticated knowledge of current Website and ad unit design and production processes, including hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ftp, gif animations, Photoshop, -expertise with DHTML and XML. (PowerPoint and Visio knowledge a plus.) -Strong image processing skills, including layering, resizing, color correction and optimized file conversion -General knowledge of Web databases, site tracking technologies and processes -The ability to focus, think clearly and work effectively under pressure -The ability to work effectively with others Thanks .
