I will build you a detailed and editable schedule through Microsoft excel or Microsoft project. I can include as much detail as you want. I typically include major submittals as part of schedule to make sure those long lead time items are addressed first in order to keep a project on track and operating smoothly. As far a the schedule with the actual word I will break it down in a detailed manner to show you’re daily scope of work in order for you to forecast as far out and correctly as possible. Included in this bid I will provide an initial 5 week look ahead schedule and I will make adjustments within the first 48 hours of my submission.
