Every of your daily actions are quantified in terms of CO2 : sending an email (0.5oz of CO2), 1 search on the web (0.1oz of CO2), driving to work (2lb of CO2), washing your hands, drying your hands, letting your computer open over night,... We decided to make little everyday challenges out if those actions and provide them to employees through a gamified web app. Everyday, you get a new challenge, challenge your colleagues and earn some points. All together, it creates a real impact! And guess what, it also creates true value for companies : CSR creates engagement for your company and an increases employee productivity by 12% according to a recent study. When it comes to the product, we already have UI and UX design and a very strong idea of the features within the web app. We would like to start creating a MVP with minimum features in order to operate our second test. We're open to the tech you want to use but here are some first ideas : front-end (AngularJS/ReactJS), back-end(NodeJS/MongoDB), Frameworks(Symfony, Loopback)
