pet project estimate

looking for an estimate for a project. need a site created that will be a mixture of petfinder, facebook, and linkedin. the site must be user friendly(this is a must). this will be for pets/rescue/lost/found/adoption/foster. the site will have a search function for pets that will search by: type of pet location(state) zip code name (a few other filters also) must have a searchable database for: Veternarians transportation shelters users must be able to create their own page/account(must be user/beginner friendly) users must be able to upload pictures and messages. must have a prominent space available for advertising (this will be used to pay for upkeep of the site) currently looking for an estimate on this project. all info for the database will be provided, along with any other info needed to complete this project. more items may be required as the project progresses.
