Classic ASP - VBScript to refresh a control like right-click-refresh

Please review the requirements before bidding! I need vbscript (client-side in button script) to refresh a control on an ASP (classic asp) page like right-clicking it and then refreshing. The bottom control in the picture is hidden by vbscript after it is created, and then shown with a button (navbuttons2 subroutine) but the footer does not appear. If I right-click the bottom control and refresh it the footer shows up. The view source of the outer page (sysTableEdit[1][login to view URL]) and the control (sysTableListFra[1][login to view URL]) are attached. I don't know if that is enough to create the vbscript to effectively right-click and refresh. I can chat and make a GoToMeeting if you need to see the system and get to the source code, and/or database. Also, a picture (Control [login to view URL]) of the outer page and the control that is right-clicked (bottom) is attached. The top control has a footer, a footer just like it should show up on the bottom control. The html for the footer in the bottom control is in the view source, so should it show up? I won't be able to review bids until tomorrow U.S. 9:00am CST
