Guide/Walkthrough Writing For CheatCC!

Cheat Code Central is the most popular independent video game website in the world, with over 350,000 unique visitors a day! As our site continues to expand its horizons, we’re looking to expand our roster as well. CheatCC is currently seeking a few good gamers to join our freelance writing team. In this position, you’ll be offered a unique opportunity to create content specifically for our cheat code sections in the form of game walkthroughs, tutorials and guides. Our site is one the largest sources for code and informative gaming info within the industry, so a great candidate will be prepared to write up content utilizing the follow skills (including but not limited to): • Game Strategy • Achievement/Trophy Unlocking • Creative and/or Technical Writing Ability • Proof Reading and Accuracy • Basic HTML • Video Editing (preferred but not necessarily required) • Must Own At Least a PS4, Xbox One and/or High-End PC (applicants will not be considered otherwise) Those with a strong background in game writing and industry experience will be given first consideration, as well as those who are already familiar with how to pull screenshots, create game clips and then compile them via HTML. All positions are paid and compensation will be commensurate with experience and the nature of the guides written. CheatCC is looking forward to speaking with you about joining our team! Interviews are currently being held with the Editor-in-Chief, after which you’ll be referred to the site owner Dave Allison for your first assignments.
