Custom Character Designing Web app

Expert knowledge of HTML, JS, PHP, CSS Nice to Have: Creativity, Design Experience, Experience with WordPress & MySQL Web Developer needed for a silly web-based character designer, much like a character editor, you would see in a lot of video games. The editor would have a plain stick figure character on the right, and a sidebar on the left. The sidebar has a lot of different categories of items that would be automatically added to the character when you click the item buttons. Additionally, the user would be able to type in a word or name that would be wrapped around the character's head like the images attached. Then, when they're done the image should be saved on the server in the back-end. Of course, the editor would have to be responsive and work well on any browser/device. All the drawings will be provided by me, and you would only need to add a few to each category and make the code very modular so I can quickly add more items to the different categories later. Some WordPress experience is nice because I'd like to build the rest of the site in WordPress after this character editor is done. I already have some basic starter code for the character editor, but you can feel free to completely replace it if you have a better way to do it. If I'm really happy with the results you provide, I'd love to continue working with you by adding more features to this project and hiring you for future projects.
