Extract Cookie Data

I have a Big Commerce Store which is having problems with Facebook Pixels. I need to install the Facebook pixel code myself however, BigCommerce does not make it easy to get the ids of the products in the cart on the checkout page so I can send a purchase event to Facebook with the correct products purchased. We have an app installed Beeketing UpSell / Cross Sell which improves conversion and gets around the issue by adding cart info to a cookie. I need javascript code which I can include on the order confirmation page to read the data from a cookie and extract it into some variables that I can then send to facebook via a purchase pixel. Data required: product ids product quantity number of products in the cart Cookie sample: Cookie Name: bk_cart Cookie Value: {%22t%22:%229764512_1518270530578_9862%22%2C%22s%22:[]%2C%22a%22:[]%2C%22i%22:[{%22p%22:94%2C%22i%22:94%2C%22q%22:1}%2C{%22p%22:174%2C%22i%22:174%2C%22q%22:1}]} The correct product IDs here are 94 and 174. It appears to be perhaps serialised. When I decode it I get this: {"t":"9764512_1518270530578_9862","s":[],"a":[],"i":[{"p":94,"i":94,"q":1},{"p":174,"i":174,"q":1}]} So it would need to extract out the subkey [[i][p] and [i][q]and the same again for the second, third etc cart item..
