Prestashop voucher code

the voucher code on [login to view URL] is not working. I need it to give a 20% discount on specific categories with a voucher code. This is Prestashop 1.5.6.2. This should be done in the "cart rules" . This needs to be completed within 24 hours. Attached are screen captures that show how the current cart rule is set up. there is also some code. I am not sure if this is part of the cart rule or if this voucher is conflicting with the cart rule. See Attached.
