Pull data from a given location ( data is available via SOAP APIs) on a daily basis. Aggregate this data to generate a rating\ranking ( ranking\rating logic would be provided). Consider the fact that data "new" data comes in every few days. Store the data and aggregations in the data base. Display the rating\ranking on a "responsive" webpage.
