I'm fluent in English; I work part-time at a US-based company as a - remote - customer service expert. My responsibilities include reviewing customer-submitted product/service feedback and approving/disapproving them based on content, as well as deleting spam bot reviews. I do that in our backend system (we use BigCommerce), but I also review and react to feedback provided on various 3rd party channels (Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Etsy, etc.) Even if you use a unique interface, I'm a quick study and can learn to operate it efficiently for sure.
Max 1 hour per day from Monday to Friday works perfectly for me. I'd also like to mention that I'm a registered freelancer, so I provide bilingual invoices after all rendered services.
