Build Cross-Platform Mobile Guitar App, Similar to 'Lick of the Day' app in Titanium or Xamarin

Hi, We are looking for an experienced mobile developer (not an agency) who can build a high-quality cross-platform mobile app for learning/playing/reading guitar tablature. IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND A COPY/PASTE RESPONSE. IT WILL NOT BE READ. We want to use either Xamarin or Appcelerator Titanium for this. There is a scrolling component to this app which is critical to it. Download 'Lick of the Day' and view how that works before bidding on this job. BRIEF: This app is for learning short guitar solos, called "licks". The content is organized in a 2-level folder structure; packs and the licks themselves. The highest level looks and operates similarly to the iOS music app 'Lick of the Day'. The user can toggle this view to see his library in a text list instead of the visual blocks. Each lick pack will have about 25-50 licks. The user can tap to play a sample of the lick (the circular Now Playing graphic will display, identical to previewing a song in iTunes Store.) If the user wishes to learn this lick, they tap right to enter the lick details view. This view contains a 'tab reader' component which operates very similarly to app called "Lick of the Day" by Agile Partners. Please see attached movie for a demo of how this works. NOT NEEDED: We do not need graphic design or audio production services. All design and multimedia is created. MANDATORIES: 0: Coded for iOS 7 and Android 4.2.x 1. Audio playback 2. Seamless audio looping 3. Content navigation views similar to the iOS Music App (see the Radio tab. Main screen is organized into blocks, 2 per row) 4. Favorites page (edit favorites - delete - reorder favorites, search favorites) 5. In-app purchasing with queuing for multiple simultaneous purchases, error handling, restore function 6. More page featuring our other apps 7. Portrait and landscape view 8. A scrolling 'tab reader' section, similar to the one in Agile Partners "Lick of the Day" app, HOWEVER, the notes will not turn red as they are played, and there will be no guitar diagram on the bottom of the screen. (See attached movie). Again, disregard the guitar fretboard at the bottom. Also, the background chart graphic in our app will have sub-sections. 9. This tab reader will be synchronized with audio, so the screen has to move at the correct speed depending on which part of the background graphic is being displayed. For example, reading left to right there may be 5 points of interest/markers. From point A to point B may take 1 second, from point B to C may take 3 seconds...the background graphic moves underneath the red position indicator line at varying speeds depending on predetermined points in time; we provide these data points. You need to build it to scroll properly, automatically and manually (a user can tap and drag). 10. App will not be universal at first, but later on we'll do an update to make it for iPad. 11. Info screen with audio clips. **VERY IMPORTANT**: Before awarding this project, we must be confident you can build the most difficult component of the app which is the tab reader. Serious freelancers who propose their solution in advance and/or provide a working prototype of this functionality will be most likely to be awarded this project and associated future work. We cannot start working with you if you are unable to build this component.
