The illustrator would ideally be in Melbourne, VIC. I'm just after a quote for now. And also whether you would be prepared to take a profit share. E.g. if your usual fee would be $100, would you take say $50, and then say 100% of net profits up to + $50, and then 50% of net profits up to a further + $50. I.e. potential of $150 for a $100 project.
