Send 10,000 emails EVERYDAY! Thunderbird based

I Have an account with a major hosting company that gives u 500 email accounts and each email account can support 250 sent emails a day which equals the ability to send out 125,000 emails a day. So what I need is an experienced Thunderbird user who can: 1. go into my hosting account and make email accounts as needed to add to the Thunderbird account list. 2. take the daily updates of thousands of emails I send you and then open the text file of emails in Excel or other software to make "," deliminated so when u put in new message sender in Thunderbird they already have all the commas for fast send out. 3. make it so all email accounts created go to a primary catchall so we both can keep track of bouncebacks and progress. 4. Once the email accounts are made and thunderbird is set up then all u have to do is copy and paste 100 emails at a time per emailing per email account untill u sent 250 total per email account and then copy and paste 3 more emails from the next account and the next account untill u have as many emails sent a day as u or your team can manage. 5. I do have video instruction on the process and I require someone that already knows thunderbird and I do not want to train. What I need to know from u now; 1. How many emails can you send a day for me? 2. will it just be u or do u have a team that can send out 50,000 or more 3. what is ur bid per 10,000 emails? 4. when can u start?
