Application for my customers

I would need an iOS application and APK (I have no design you have carte blanche) in two languages: Italian and English with the PHP admin panel. The application will be used for companies located in Italy, a kind of customer management system. The management system will contain all the data of all the customers who have the companies that I will propose the app, so the app must have the login for the company that bought me the credentials to have a user, as soon as the app is opened will have the Homepage that will contain the data of the company that bought me the app and all the usual fields such as Main company data (city, street, post code) that can be modified. Then there will be (always on the Homepage) all the various customers of this company in which if you click on a customer, a screen will open that will indicate the place, data, information of this customer; you can also search using the "search" button. For example, after having opened this customer's screen, you can directly press the "call" button and the phone will start calling. In the app there must also be the "Import data" section that will be able to import data in sql, mysql, excel file to load the existing data of an existing company, example: I sell an account to company1, company1 already has an Excel database containing its customers, company1 through the app will press "import data" and choose the excel file, the app will automatically load all its customers. Alternatively, for companies that do not have their own database there will be the possibility of inserting new customers through a PHP page.
