iOS project. Remove flicker when firebase updates annotations in a MKMapView project & Optimize.

Request details I need to remove the flicker from the annotations in my iOS/iPhone project (using Mapkit) when firebase updates the annotations on the map. All annotations on the map are users' locations, as they move, I need a smooth transition animation for the annotations. Also, when the annotation is selected (didSelect), I need the annotation to remain open and not auto close when firebase updates. You MUST know SwiftUI, Mapkit, and firebase Deliverables DELIVERABLE 1: Need to remove the flicker from the annotations in my maps (iOS MapKit project) when user location/annotations and the map is updated (firebase updates). No flicker should be visible. DELIVERABLE 2: All annotations on the map are users' locations. As they move, I need a smooth transition animation for the annotations. If a user/annotation moves from one Coordinate to another, there should be a smooth animation displaying their movement on the map. DELIVERABLE 3: When an annotation on the map is selected, I need the annotation to remain open and not auto close when firebase/the map updates. DELIVERABLE 4: Loading indicator (ProgressView("Loading") needs to be displayed when the map is first loading and the loading indicator to be dismissed when the map has loaded.
