iPhone App Game that I need developing

I need a card game developed for the iPhone application. On a successful bid the developer will need to sign a non disclosure document and a contract detailing all rights to the game. Ownership of the game will remain with my company however as this is a new project, depending on what the developer is willing to do with the bid, instead of payment I would be willing to give 5% of the ownership and profits made from the app/game, and with successful marketing, its going to be a big success so a good opportunity for someone to be part of something big. There would need to be some logic designed into the game, it would, if possible need to be developed for online gaming as well so players could play people over 3G/Wi-Fi/EDGE so there would need to be on-line Rooms created that players would enter to play. Also if the player chooses not to play on-line they can go against 'computer players' (this is where some logic will be required). Initially I was thinking that the game would need to be designed with a top view angle BUT we are open to suggestions. A good example of a similar app in terms of online card gaming, online rooms etc is Poker, Mega Poker Mini Online, the game I want designing is played different to any type of poker however the layout is ideal. Developer must be able to provide examples of work and 2 references, developer should be UK based so we can hold regular meetings either over the phone or in person.
