Entire project description can be found in the file named FreeLancerRequriements.txt. In short: This requires creating copies of XML files from other XML files based on some rules laid down in the csv file. I had started using python and transformed the rules from csv to dictionary, but do not have time to complete this. The file conversion is targeted to be on windows machine. I have started using python, but any language from C#,JAVA,C++ can be used.
