We need to develop a desktop app compatible with Windows 10 and 11 using JavaFX, and bundled with SQLite. The app will be used to make data entry and upload document to cloud. steps will be 1. Add document details and add file 2. Submit and it will be stored locally on the bundled database locally, 3. It will listen for internet availability and upload progressively to server and update status
