Our client has already got a Tally ERP System to manage their Accounting and Inventory. Now, they need a POS Desktop Application that will be installed at the counters of their retail stores and it will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Taking Orders - Scanning barcodes on items and adding them to the current order 2. Finalizing Order and generating/printing receipt. 3. All this data will be synced with Tally DB already in place through the XML interface. This application will be developed using JavaFX, Spring, XML and HTTP technologies with a very basic level of User Interface. The timeframe for this application is 25 days for development and 10 days for end-to-end testing.
