I am looking for a good quality CSS/HTML coder to take a PDF file and build a basic 5 page website. Please see visuals. The site consists of Home page + 4 sub pages The site will need CUFON used for the menu and headings I expect the code to be clean, W3C valid, cross browser compatible, load optimised and SEO friendly. I am looking for a coder who is fast, helpful and with excellent English communication skills.
