In order for you to bid on this project, you must be experienced in html/dhtml, xml, xslt and .net (c#). You should be an expert in making nice designs (graphics work included !!) for websites, and be able to make state-of-the-art webapplications (where you seperate the content from the design, completely, via xml/xslt). This project consists of two steps; 1) A demonstration project, which you have to develop, zip and send to me, along with your expected hourly price (for the "Find a friend project", described in the attached RTF document). All details should be in the document. 2) The "find a friend" project ! if you are choosen as our new developer, we will proceede with you, and arrange how much work you should do for us, over the next weeks.
