Change behavior of Color Picker functions in chrome extension

We are looking to add a few features to add to this chrome extension that modifies favicons. Details with specific diagrams are attached to the project. You should have a good understanding of color as part of the app "groups" colors together to split all available colors into a group of color bands. These bands can be selected and modified to change the look of the modified icon. Changes: (1) Replace the scrolling color bands. Using 4x4 grid all colors are visible, and no scrolling will be needed. (2) Allow multiple color bands to be set. Currently, multiple color bands can be selected, BUT when a color is selected they ALL change to a selected color. The goal is to allow each color band 1-16 to be set to a separate color. This should be done after #1. (3) Click on pixel in icon preview: Find and select matching color band. The goal here is to quickly find a match item in the color bands (4) Method to reset individual colors. Currently the only option is to reset all colors.
