Convert flash web site to current standard

Hello, I own a software development company and with our 11 years of experience we are one of the best resources that you can find. We are based in Romania, our English is excellent and we are available on chat all day. I checked your website. I see the besides flash it uses PHP for some of the functions. I didn't see any big animations. I suggest to "redo" the site using PHP, JavaScript. We could use technologies like Vue.js but I do not think it is necessary considering the current functionality of the website. We can redo the website in a couple of weeks of work. If you want we can improve the design of the website as well. If not we will just clone it exactly as is and keep all the functionality and make sure it will be to the latest standards.
