This will be based user interface using Bootstrap 3 to communicate in MS SQL application for ticketing and some views and some views on existing ERP of your company. Most of the application's functions are managed in a database on a Microsoft SQL Server on the company's internal network, including the data model, data query views, and stored procedures for updating data and for different treatments. Maytronics employees will be able to use the tool on their workstations to optimize - - The response time to a customer request - The quality of the answer I am looking forward to this requirement in detail. I have checked all the 4 documents attached by you and one of the document also include DB diagram but I am still not clear on the overall features, which you want to develop in this Web Application, because I can only estimate, once the overall scope of work is clear. As you know that cost of any Web App depends on the overall features, so is it possible for you to write high level list of features in a word or PDF document, just high level features with bullet points for us to estimate it precisely. You don't have to write big paragraphs or much details but just high level bullet points features are fine, as all our developers are experienced, so we can easily understand the overall scope of work or in-depth details of features. As far as programming language is concerned, we are VERY much comfortable with ASP.NET webforms, JSQuery, HTML5/CSS3 + Bootstrap 3 but Jawad is almost obsolete, so I would not recommend it. As I have long experience in developing Web Based applications for INTRANET environments for mid and large sized organizations, I can do exceptionally good job on it. The system will be Secure enough so that it should be accessed from the INTRANET only and I have many ideas to implement the required security. There are also Hardware LOCKS that can be used to run this web based ticketing and customer info system to make it very secure and HACK PROOF. The database attached looks incomplete; but I can take care of that part. Other than that you have attached the screen that looks good and can be kept as the base idea for rest of the screens in the project.
