Ionic 4 errors in Google Search Console

I am building a PWA in Ionic 4. I need the entire site indexed by Google. Unfortunately Googlebot only supports Chrome 41 so it cannot crawl my site as I am using a much later version of JavaScript in my site. The error being thrown in Google Search Console is "Uncaught ReferenceError: Proxy is not defined". I need a quick and simple solution to this problem as I hope to go live with the site next week. I think that the problem is related to Babel. Please do not bid for this project if you cannot do it. Before I approve your bid I also need to see at least two Ionic 4 websites of yours that are doing well in Google and have more than one page indexed in Google. If you think that this can be solved but will need more work then please add the bid for the extra work to your comments.
