A lightbox popup is displayed after a short delay on a webpage. This collects information from a user about choices and writes to a SQL database using JSON string and http post. There are two workflows, and collect two user choices, a name and email address. The popup then terminates and returns the user to the calling webpage. No third party libraries, only standard JQUERY, AJAX and JavaScript.
