I need a mouse over effect that looks like the one featured on this website: [login to view URL] Move your mouse over a panel and see how a semi transparent area moves up, with 'wavy' effect, then moves down on mouse away. Also, I need a menu open effect that will utilise the same effect as on the panel, but the animation will move from top to bottom until it covers the whole screen. Same wavy effect on the bottom edge when you open the menu, no effect on closing, just a straight edge when the colour travels up revealing what's underneath.
