Re-write Windows JustBasic program for Chrome OS - Probably Using Java

I wrote a program to teach vocabulary/spelling. I create ASCII files of the correct answers and .wav files for the audio questions that I record using Audacity. I'd like to expand my low-income student base using Chromebooks - it's actually a charity project. I don't know how to write Javascript. There are roughly 300 lines of JustBasic code (chosen because it will play the .wav files) that should be pretty easy for you to follow. The screens look like an old DOS character-based program - no mouse use or graphics at all. In addition to producing the code, I need you to give me explicit instructions in exactly what to do to load this onto a Chromebook including how to make it really easy for the student to start running the program. For the most part, these students are only semi-literate - and I'm not talking about computer literacy.
