Joomla Templates needed

I need templates for a (1) metal music website, (2)a website concerning dogs and modern dog lifestyle, (3) a clothing company focusing on dogs, (4) people and kids and a review site for dog parks and (5) my personal blog. I do not need content or designs (bonus if you can provide them), I will provide. All sites (4) must be in proper CSS and PHP format and well commented for me to modify. Attached are pictures attempting to show what we are all about. All templates will become our property to use and modify.
