I co-manage a local call center here in the Philippines and we have a group of 5-10 agents who can do this job. Based from experience, it's an advantage to have a partner call center instead of work at home as we can focus on the agent directly and we have stable network connection. We have a group of talented agents skilled to do outbound sales, telemarketing, inbound customer service, tech support, data entry and transcription.
