Lawyer to fix wrong ITIN info in my credit file

2 Credit Bureaus have WRONG information in my credit profile, it is a WRONG ITIN number. I DO NOT HAVE A SSN and I have a letter from the Social Security Agency, that proves I don't have a SSN. Instead of SSN, I have a ITIN number issued by the IRS. EXPERIAN has a WRONG number for my SSN/ITIN in their files TRANSUNION has a WRONG number for my SSN/ITIN in their files EQUIFAX is the ONLY one that has my CORRECT SSN/ITIN in their files The freelancer must be able to make the 2 bureaus with the wrong information FIX THIS WRONG INFORMATION, I have already called this bureaus and also have filed disputes with letters, but they do not fix this information, they keep asking me to send in my Social Security Card, wich I DO NOT HAVE, because it DOESN'T EXIST. This wrong information is hurting my credit very bad, I have already been denied credit several time, since the lenders receive a "fraud alert" from the bureaus, due to the wrong number in their files, wich they THINK is the right number. The freelancer will handle all instances and if needed, file a legal case to get compensation for this hole mess that the credit bureaus are doing with my information. The freelancer will report to me all proofs and all movements done in order to try to fix this wrong information. In case the freelancer can fix this info within this 2 credit bureaus without opening up a legal case in court, the full milestone will be released when the freelancer send me my credit report from the 2 bureaus with the CORRECT information. In case a legal case in court will be required, the milestone will be cancelled and I will split the profits from the legal case 50% to the freelancer and 50% to myself. Documents I have to help in the case: - Official Letter from SSA stating that I do not have a SSN - Official Letter from IRS issuing my ITIN as a legal NON RESIDENT ALIEN - Proof of ID, Passport and Florida Diver's Licence - Proof of Address in the US, Electricity bill and phone bill - The wrong number in their files
