Hello - I am trying to acquire a 1 year freelancer visa (or another similar visa) for Ireland. I am a [login to view URL], but have had issues entering the UK because of an incident years ago where I attempted to fly through London, and was rejected on the grounds that I had a CV in my luggage. I don't feel I did anything wrong while attempting to enter England. That was in 2011. I am now trying to acquire a visa to live in Ireland because I have a girlfriend there and I have my own business as a freelancer earning money from the U.S. via telecommute.
